Meddify Support

Meddify uses Apple App Store subscriptions. Pricing varies by region. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation.

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Manage subscription: Go to iPhone "Settings" > Apple ID > "Subscriptions" to manage or cancel anytime.
• Trial periods: No charge if canceled during trial.

Tip Once purchased, you can restore Premium on any device using the same Apple ID — no extra charge.

It depends on iCloud sync. Meddify uses iCloudKit for secure syncing:

✅ If you have iCloud sync enabled: Reinstall the app and your data (medications, reminders, logs) will be restored automatically from iCloud.

❌ If you don't use iCloud or turned it off: Data is stored locally only — uninstalling will permanently delete it.

Recommendation Enable iCloud sync to protect your data: Settings > Your Name > iCloud > Turn on Meddify.

Premium features:

• Refill reminders: When stock ≤ your threshold, Meddify notifies you to refill. Stock automatically decreases as you log "Taken".

• Expiration alerts: If you set an expiration date for a medication, you'll get alerts before it expires (e.g., 7 days, 1 day) to avoid taking expired meds.

You can enable these and set thresholds in each medication's edit screen.

We cannot access your data. Meddify is built on iCloudKit:

• All medication data, reminders, and logs are stored in your private iCloud container, fully encrypted.
• We have no servers — we don't collect or upload any personal information.
• Data syncs through Apple's secure infrastructure, readable only by you via your Apple ID.

Bottom line: Your health data belongs to you — we can't see it, period.

Currently, Meddify Premium does not support Family Sharing. Each Apple ID needs its own subscription to unlock unlimited medications and premium alerts. However, basic reminder features are free for everyone.
