Meddify Terms of Use

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

This Terms of Use agreement ("Agreement") is between Meddify ("we," "us," or "our") and you ("you" or "your"). It governs your use of the Meddify mobile application ("App").

📋 Please read carefully By downloading, accessing, or using Meddify, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance

By downloading the App, creating medication reminders, or making a purchase, you accept this Agreement and consent to transact with us electronically.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes within the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Our Services

Meddify provides medication reminder tools, including:

Creating and managing medication schedules
Receiving reminder notifications
Tracking taken/skipped doses
Viewing medication history
Optional iCloud sync across devices
Premium features: unlimited medications, refill reminders, expiration alerts

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Meddify and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your Content: You own all medication data and information you enter into the App. We claim no ownership over your content.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App
Not use the App in any way that could harm the App or impair others' use
Keep your device and Apple ID secure

⚠️ Medical Disclaimer

Meddify is a tool to help you remember to take medications. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider about your medication regimen. We are not responsible for missed doses or any health outcomes resulting from use of the App.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Meddify offers free and premium features. Premium features require a subscription.

Subscription options: Monthly, annual, or lifetime (where available). Actual prices are displayed in the App.
Payment: All payments are processed by Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing subscriptions: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Free trials: Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Platform limitation: Subscriptions are for iOS only and cannot be transferred to other platforms.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends. Sections 3, 5, 7, 8, and 9 of this Agreement survive termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meddify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or missed medication doses, arising from your use of the App.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
You use the App at your own risk.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Location].
